According to media reports, Russia acted as a mediator in the negotiation process between the two countries, and after 11 hours of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the two sides agreed on October 10 It was also informed that after the ceasefire, the two sides will exchange bodies and prisoners, while the two sides have agreed on separate concrete steps for the ceasefire.


According to Arab media, the agreement was reached after Russian President Vladimir Putin called for an end to hostilities, and Russia announced earlier on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin had signed an agreement with Armenia and Azerbaijan. He called for immediate talks and a ceasefire between the two countries.
