 Extension of interim bail of Pahlaj Mill

The Sindh High Court has extended the interim bail of accused Pahlaj Mill in reference to making assets in excess of income against senior PPP leader Khurshid Shah and others.

Sindh High Court heard the bail plea of co-accused and frontman Pahlaj Mill.

A National Accountability Bureau (NAB) lawyer argued in court that Pahlaj Mills was not cooperating in the inquiry.

A lawyer for Pahlaj Mill, a former special assistant to the Sindh chief minister, told the court that his client had undergone cardiac surgery. The doctor advised Pahlaj Mill to rest for three weeks.'

The apex court extended the interim bail of Pahlaj Mill and adjourned the case till November 19.
