 Quetta PDM meeting, workers continue to arrive

All arrangements have been made for the meeting of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), an alliance of opposition parties in Quetta. Workers of political parties continue to arrive at the venue.

The PDM meeting is being held at the football ground at Ayub Stadium in Quetta. All arrangements including security have been completed at the venue.

Apart from PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, other leaders will address the meeting.

Workers continue to arrive in the hall, workers of different parties are arriving in the hall in groups holding the flags of their respective parties.

Full arrangements are being made for the security of the meeting, more than 5,000 personnel have been deployed in this regard.

Volunteers from various parties are also providing security for the PDM meeting.

Walk-through gates have also been installed at the entrances of the halls where those arriving at the halls are being searched.

Section 144 has been enforced in the city on the occasion of the meeting, mobile phone service has been suspended in the city while double riding of motorcycle has also been banned.
