 10 killed in bus crash on Skardu Road

In Skardu, a passenger coach fell into a ditch due to a landslide, killing 10 passengers and injuring five others.

A passenger bus on Gilgit-Skardu Road near Skardu was hit by a landslide after which the bus fell into a ditch. The accident took place at Tongos.

According to police, 10 passengers were killed in the bus accident. The victim was coming from Rawalpindi.

The bus was carrying 15 people including the driver and conductor. Police and rescue teams have reached the affected area and rescue operation has been launched.

The bodies and injured are being shifted to the hospital, where the injured will be given medical treatment
