The highest number of 26,688 daily cases was reported in a single day in the UK.

According to government figures, 191 deaths have been reported from Corona in the UK in the past 24 hours.

The government has also announced the highest level of corona sanctions in Sheffield and South Yorkshire counties after Manchester to prevent corona cases, and has announced to tighten sanctions in these areas from Saturday.

Under the restrictions, people in these areas will not be able to meet by mail and cafes, bars and casinos will remain closed for four weeks.
