Addressing a rally in Florida for Joe Biden and Kamla Harris, Barack Obama said it was the people's responsibility to prevent such a man from becoming president again.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, on the other hand, has indicated that Pennsylvania will decide the outcome of the election.

Speaking at a rally in Bristol, Biden said he hoped the people of Pennsylvania would vote for him.

The Washington Post says Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin will decide who wins the election.
